What does this quote mean? ->"Happiness is watching the TV at your girlfriend's house during a power failure."?

-I have some clues, but they dont seem right..to me, it says happiness is just being with the person you care about, even if you're not doing anything

It means you're "watching TV" with her.

as in making out or something like that...
