What does this mean " you have peace in you?

-Someone told me today " you have peace in you, you need to find it" I sound like it was a good thing when she was telling me but I don't know what exactly does that mean. What do you think it meant?when you have peace in you, you're calm, quiet and stable but if you dont you're all over the place.
