What does "life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass it's about learning to dance in the rain" mean?

-can u guys explain wat this quote mean?You will not go outside to be hit by lightning or get mad at the sound of thunder but when it's only rainy and wet outside you can carry on doing your business in the garden, on the streets or walk to the market. A parody is when things seem too difficult and you are depressed you should remember one day it will all improve as long as you work and do the right things.
Take life for what it is and be optimistic. Make the best of it. Even what seems to be a dull moment (the storm) can be a happy moment (playing in the rain) if you think positively. "If you change your thoughts, you can change your world." P.S. Now was that a homework question? lol :)
Life is not about being problem-free. It's about having a great time no matter what happens.
Don't wait about for things to happen, get stuck into it whilst it's going on.
