Pls work on your English. Though you are using English words, the first quote is very wordy and not clear at all. It's important to speak/write clearly. In the real world, no one will read your letter/note 3 times to figure out what you are trying to say.



I think that your first quote is a variation of: "Success is a journey, not a destination."



You asked a question and I thought that you deserved an honest answer.The first one is ok, but the second one is very very true and great. :)
