How does the following quote define Caesar's personality? What does the quote mean?

-Cowards die many times before their deaths;

The valiant never taste of death but once.

Of all the wonders that I yet have heard.

It seems to me most strange that men should fear;

Seeing that death, a necessary end,

Will come when it will come.It is pretty much saying that if one is afraid, that they are not really living. If you are afraid, you will never experience life. Also, death will inevitably come, so there is no point in fearing it. This reflects upon Caesar's personality because it shows that he is brave and fearless.
